Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our designated Canadian Spa Company distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
