The sauna was delivered to our pavement so we did have to unbox it and carry it up to our house as it's so heavy. My husband assembled most of it himself. Very easy to put together once you watch a you tube video. Then switch on and ENJOY! What an absolute treat, we use it around 4 or 5 times per week, listening to podcasts via bluetooth. It's one of the best things we've ever purchased. We've noticed a real improvement in sleep and it's just so relaxing. Love the chromotherapy lighting too. 100% recommend the Tremblant Sauna
